Google Analytics is an indispensable analysis system for every website owner. We all install the tracking code on our website, but it's imperative that we properly process and measure the data to get the most out of it.
Analytics is a powerful tool that empowers you to monitor every step users take on your website, down to the finest detail. For example, if your website includes a video, you can receive precise measurements such as the number of viewers and how many stopped watching it. If your website is an e-commerce platform, you can leverage the "Advanced E-Commerce" feature to view all the details, including product and sales performances, audience analysis, and more. This feature enables you to utilize all the other details to enhance your website's overall performance.
If you're new to using Google Analytics or looking to improve your skills, I highly recommend starting with the Google Analytics Academy. Their comprehensive training program includes Beginner and Advanced Levels, covering everything you need to know. The Academy's videos are in English with Turkish subtitles, so you can easily access translations while watching. Additionally, you can stay up-to-date on the latest insights and tips by following the "Analytics" category on my blog, where I regularly share informative articles. To obtain the Google Analytics certification, the first step is to create a Google Partner account. If you are unsure how to do this, refer to my article by clicking the provided link. Once your partner account is set up, proceed to take the exam with confidence. Sample questions and answers for the exam are provided below. Note that as of January 2018, all training and exams are consolidated under Google Academy for Ads.
Furthermore, rest assured that your Google Analytics certification holds a longer validity period of 18 months compared to other AdWords certificates that only last for 12 months. Take note that the Google Analytics certification remains valid for more than 18 months.
