Google recently announced a new feature for Google Shopping, which I learned about directly from a presentation by John Kennard, a Google employee.
Our new feature is currently available exclusively in the USA. Thanks to the Buy on Google feature, we can now sell products we upload to Merchant Center directly on Google. Previously, customers were redirected to external websites when they clicked on products. However, with the new Buy button, customers can make purchases without ever leaving Google's platform. This is a game-changing feature that will revolutionize the way we sell products online.
With this new feature, retailers can now sell their products through Google without having to pay for advertising. It was initially launched in the USA, and I am confident that it will soon be available in Turkey as well.
Despite the prohibition on shopping ads in Turkey, the Google Shopping tab is widely utilized and serves as a platform for product listings. This allows users to easily view and purchase products directly on the page, utilizing Google's onsite checkout system without the inconvenience of being redirected to another website.
One of the most significant advantages of this situation for us, the users, is that we are able to seamlessly add products from multiple retailers to our shopping carts and effortlessly complete the purchase with a single payment.
I am confident that virtual marketplaces like Trendyol and n11 will take the necessary legal actions to actively prevent this from happening in Turkey. Despite this, the outcome remains uncertain.
Retailers are wise to choose our service as we do not charge any commission fee, unlike trendyol, n11, and other online marketplaces. This unique feature presents a fantastic opportunity for retailers looking to save on commission rates.

Based on the data in the table above, it is not recommended for companies in Turkey to advertise on Google. Rather, it is advisable to utilize List on Google, which is widely used in Turkey and entails setting up a Merchant Center account to include your products. It is important to keep in mind that Sell/Buy on Google is presently undergoing active testing only in the USA.
By utilizing Google's zero commission feature, businesses can confidently sell their products and have the advantage of being listed at the top of organic search results. Furthermore, enabling the "buy on Google" feature and selecting the appropriate filter in the Shopping tab will distinctly separate your products from those of companies that do not use this feature, giving you a competitive edge.
