Identity & contact data: your name and email address submitted via the Contact, Get-a-Quote and Newsletter forms and the comments area.

Message/content data: the message text, subject and (if any) budget range you submit through forms and comments.

Security data: IP address, browser/device information and security verification data (for bot protection).

Analytics & marketing data: if you consent, anonymized usage statistics (Google Analytics 4) and ad measurement data (Meta).

We collect your data electronically, by automated or partly automated means, when you visit the Site, submit a form, leave a comment or subscribe to the newsletter.

Responding to your requests and messages and running consulting/collaboration processes.

Sending the newsletter and updates (only if you subscribed).

Publishing and moderating comments.

Keeping the Site secure and preventing abuse and spam.

We use processors for email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google/GA4), ad measurement (Meta), form security (Google reCAPTCHA), AI-assisted content/translation (Anthropic and/or Google Gemini), and hosting/infrastructure.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country (e.g. the US or EU). Such transfers rely on your consent and/or appropriate safeguards, solely for the stated purposes and only as necessary.

Form/contact records: for a reasonable period to resolve your request and defend potential claims; deleted/anonymized once the purpose ends.

Newsletter subscription: for as long as you remain subscribed; unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email.

Comments: remain published until you or we remove them.

Analytics/marketing data: subject to the relevant provider’s retention policy and your consent period.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse (encryption/HTTPS in transit, access controls, data minimization). No system is 100% secure, but we take due care to protect your data.

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we hold a child’s data, we delete it.

We do not carry out decision-making based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
