First, Google Lead Form extensions—currently in Beta—can deliver excellent returns when used properly. However, I remain concerned about data quality. While Facebook and Instagram allow us to collect lead information directly through forms and show users videos, content, or visuals, Google's approach is different. Collecting leads directly based on keywords could significantly reduce quality. It becomes the same conversation as Facebook's low cost-per-conversion but poor quality leads 🙂 All digital marketing experts know that on social media, particularly Facebook and Instagram, conversion costs are low, but when it comes to quality, the data quality is often debatable.
